11 Oct 2019 VC4 and V3D OpenGL drivers for Raspberry Pi: an update the VideoCore IV present in Raspberry Pi 3 which could only do OpenGL ES 2.0.

These steps were reproduced on a Raspberry PI 3 using the official LCD screen. Jessie Lite image from : https://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads/raspbian/ .
